For entirely new or redesigned websites, you'll receive a fixed quote and then once launched, recommended a suitable maintenance plan.

Maintenance plans are for individuals, freelancers, startups, agencies and established businesses of all sizes. There are different maintenance plans to suit different needs.

Generally requests are accepted by email or by contact through the website. Alternatively, feel free to send a calendar invite and schedule an online call. Either way, everything is tracked to ensure your requests are being completed on time and satisfactorily.

Maintenance plans are invoiced on the 1st of each month. All fixed quotes have a 30-day expiry and invoices have a 30-day payment term from the date they are received. All quotes and invoices are sent by email.

Requests for 3D work, remodelling, animated graphics (GIFs), document and presentation designs, full branding projects, packaging, magazines or other printed design.

That's entirely fine! You can request a fixed quote; all quotes contain a fixed cost and are valid for 30 days.
