Subscription billing is on the 1st of each month on a payment in advance (PIA) basis for the current month. Fixed quotes are invoiced either by email or a secure payment link, which will be emailed to you directly, with a 30-day payment term. To keep track and maintain a record of your payments, you can view and download all invoices and receipts in PDF format.

There is no contract to sign. However, it is recommended to have at least a 3-month commitment as then a strong rapport can be established with you, which will help to deliver outcomes that are on-point and satisfying. By signing up for any subscription or accepting any formal quote, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions throughout our time providing services to you.

You have the option to pause or cancel a subscription at any time (excluding yearly deals). If you cancel a subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current 30-day period from its initial setup date. Throughout this cancellation period, any requests will be fulfilled based on your package features, but no new requests will be accepted in the queue. If cancellation occurs within the first 7 days, on any plan, a cancellation policy will be implemented whereby all the work completed during the period is retained and services will be terminated immediately.

Unfortunately, it's not an all-singing-all-dancing solution. Requests for 3D work, remodelling, animated graphics (GIFs), document and presentation designs, full branding projects, packaging or any type of print design (magazines, books, etc) are not services we provide.
